It is a platform game that was designed by Dennis Bohn and published by Art Co. It was released in 1989 as a game for the Nintendo Entertainment System. The game is one of the first platform games to feature scrolling graphics, and it established the genre as a popular formula. The goal of this platform game is to guide Fireboy to the water girl, and vice versa. The player has to find the key that unlocks the door in order for the character to advance. The player must also avoid enemies and other traps. It will be a lot of fun! The forest temple is a really tough level so be sure you are prepared before you go.
